Answering the demands of the market, Hydrospex has developed and manufactured a complete range of advanced hydraulic gantries.  They are designed to handle loads up to a thousand tons. All our gantries are delivered with specific properties and control systems to ensure optimum stability and safety.

General features

Hydrospex Hydraulic Gantries have a number of unique features: self-contained hydraulic systems, Intellilift, wireless control systems and high grade steel technology.

Intellilift ensures safety

It is the safest possible method to operate a gantry. This wireless control system provides the operator with information about the stroke, lift and load per unit. And it automatically corrects any unsynchronised motion of the individual units.

Hydrospex offers two series of Gantry systems

The cost effective SL series, that is well ahead on the competition when it comes to control and stability. And the heavy duty SBL series, that goes up to 1000 tonne capacity.

Extra's

Extras like the control systems and the self-propelled drive motors are included in the standard configuration of all our gantries. Under OPTIONALS you will find a list of components to extend your configuration with  Skidtracks, Header beams, Side shift systems and Lifting lugs.
